Our commitment: Select real estate businesses that provide a minimum return of 8% per year for our investors, ensuring that the investment risk is always covered by a property of much higher market value. 
Our most common investment model is to purchase real estate at a competitive price for which we already have a client interested in buying, agreeing to resale for a higher value (promise to buy and sell) and leasing the property during the investment period to generate cash flow for the investor. 
At the end of the investment period, the property is resold and the investor is fully reimbursed
